This is the Black 33" 1060 Steel Fully Functional Handmade Ninjato Ninja Sword Tameshigiri. The blade of the ninjato has been constructed from through hardened 1065 carbon steel in a straight edge style and then blued to achieve a black out finish.

Features

Blade: The blade of the ninjato has been constructed from through hardened 1065 carbon steel in a straight edge style and then blued to achieve a black out finish. An aesthetic hamon and bohi has been added to the blade. The blade comes full tang, very sharp, and is fully capable of performing tameshigiri.
Saya: The saya of the sword is wooden with a black high gloss finish and hardened koiguchi. The sageo is black chemical fiber tied over a wooden kurigata with golden shitedome.
Tsuka: The tsuba is the classic black square design. The fuchigashira are patterned alloy. The ito is black cotton with alternating crossovers over crisp white samegawa. Two smoked bamboo mekugi secure the tang of the sword into the tsuka. The tsuka is perfectly tapered to fit the hands and provide an extremely responsive sword.
